Creating multiple accounts is a violation of phcharm's Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error — for example, if someone registered using your details — contact support immediately at support@phcharm.bio.

To close your phcharm account permanently, email support@phcharm.bio with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Our team will process your request within 3 business days after confirming your identity. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method before closure. If you are closing your account due to problem gambling concerns, please also consider activating self-exclusion through your account settings.
